CLUBHOUSE RENTALS

 

 

All clubhouse rentals are handled by Karen Francis.  Anyone interested in booking the clubhouse for a private rental can contact Karen at frani468@yahoo.com.  The clubhouse manager will reserve the date and provide you with the contract and key code prior to your rental. Rental for Breckenridge Residents is $150; for non residents members is $300. All necessary rental fees, the signed contract and security deposit must be returned to the clubhouse manager in order to confirm your booking.  Any and all neighborhood functions requiring use of the clubhouse must also be handled through the clubhouse manager.
