Membership
The mandatory annual assessment for
Breckenridge Estates residents is currently $700.00 per year, due by February 1st.
Non-resident membership
is $595.00, renewable yearly.
All resident and full paying non-resident members are
allowed use of the BEHA pool, locker rooms, tennis courts,
participation in
swim team, tennis teams, tennis classes, private or group lessons with the
BEHA tennis pro,
social events, and clubhouse rental privileges.
Tennis only memberships are available at $50 per person or $100 per family, team dues not included.
